The dealer shot and killed Queen, according to prosecutors. He did not face any charges.

Dann was arrested a day after the shooting. Police recovered shell casings at the scene from two different types of guns, which suggests an exchange of gunfire.

Queen’s mother was in court Thursday. She agreed with Dann’s plea agreement.

Dann faces 10 to 16 years in prison.
