JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – About two blocks away from a suspicious house fire being investigated on Jacksonville's Eastside, another house went up in flames Tuesday night.
When News4Jax crews arrived at the second Eastside house fire at 2217 Franklin St., the house was engulfed in flames, but firefighters were able to get the fire under control.

Neighbors came out to see what was going on shortly after 11 p.m.
"I was really scared, I'm going to be honest. I'm not going to lie. The only thing I did, what any person would do, call an ambulance and get them to come out here and take care of it," said Brittany Mccorkel.
It's unclear if the two house fires are related in any way.
Neighbors said the house was abandoned.
