A driver on state road 200 was killed after veering across the centerline and colliding with a tree Monday, according to to the Nassau County Sheriff's office.
The driver, who was identified as David Coyle, 49, of Fernandina Beach, had a medical emergency before crossing the centerline, police said.

A woman riding in the car with Coyle was taken to UF Health Jacksonville with critical injuries, and a 12-year-old girld in the vehicle was seriously injured.
A GoFundMe account has been set up for funeral expenses for David Coyle and medical expenses for the woman and child.
