JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville Fire Rescue was called to put out flames that started at the Auto Depot warehouse on West Duval Place Road, Sunday night.
Crews say it started when a car, which was turned off at the time, caught fire. Smoke damaged the building the car was in as well as units on either side.

Chemicals in the area caught fire, which created the heavy smoke. That smoke caused an estimated $100,000 in damages.
35 firefighters were called to the scene and none were injured. A worker at the warehouse suffered minor injuries but was not taken to the hospital.
What caused the car to ignite is unknown.
