ALACHUA, Fla. – One day after a crash on Interstate 75 that killed a mother, father and two other children from Hollywood, Florida, the family's third child died at UF Shands in Gainesville, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
At 8:43 a.m. Sunday, Nathan Russell, 37, was driving south on Interstate 75, near U.S. 441, with his family in a Chrysler 200 when he veered off the road and struck the back of 55-year-old Alton Lucius Gravely’s disabled tractor-trailer that was parked on the shoulder, officials said.

Russell, his wife, Lynda Russell, 35, 15-year-old LaNyah Russell, and 10-year-old Natayah Russell all died in the crash. A second 10-year-old, Nathan Jr., was taken to UF Shands, where he died on Monday afternoon.
A third vehicle, driven by Thon Dexter Rice, 52, struck debris from the crash, officials said.
Neither Gravely nor Rice were injured, officials said.
A GoFundMe page set up for the family to help with funeral costs said the Russells were returning from Georgia when they were killed.
