JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville teenager, charged with murdering a toddler in a drive-by shooting, was back in court Wednesday and will be getting a new lawyer.
It's unclear why the change will be made in his legal representation.

Henry Hayes, 16, is awaiting trial in the death of 22-month-old Aiden McClendon.
The State Attorney’s Office has amended the six charges against Hayes, including second-degree murder, identifying him as a criminal gang member.
Police said he fired shots from a car on the Eastside back in January, killing the child.
Police believe the shooting was gang related.
If convicted, Hayes could be sentenced to life with parole. His next court hearing is June 30.
