JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The cost of turning EverBank Stadium into the Stadium of the Future could be $1.4 billion divided between the city and the Jaguars.
The city has already earmarked $10 million towards the stadium makeover. The funding is coming out of an already approved $20 million capital improvement plan.

Negotiations between the team and the city of Jacksonville are still underway and may not be decided until this summer.
