JSO launches Wanted and Missing Persons web pages after success of Unsolved Crimes webpage

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office launched its Wanted and Missing Persons web pages after the success of the Unsolved Crimes webpage.

Information about people with active warrants can be found on the Wanted webpage. Including Matthew Smith, wanted for Felony Theft, Priscilla Holland for fraudulent use of a credit card and Dynajah Williams wanted for organized fraud.

“We’re going to put you on our page and we’re going to ask the community for their help,” Mark Romano, director of patrol and enforcement with JSO, said.

Information about missing persons of all ages is on the Missing Persons webpage. Carly Tillery, who is only 6-years-old, was last seen on the Southside in March 2025. Olivia Summer was last seen May 3. Tania Fleming was last seen May 1. JSO said since the creation of the missing persons page in 2026, with 50 people, more than a dozen have been safely located.

“Since March, we’ve recovered 17 of these people,” Romano said. “That we wouldn’t have probably, have we not had the page up and people telling us, ‘hey, look, I see this person hanging out at this location. We’ll send a patrolman over.’”

The Unsolved Crimes webpage has information for active ‘be on the lookout’ photos of unidentified suspects who are accused of committing crimes in Jacksonville. The sheriff’s office said the page has generated more than 700 tips and identified more than 600 suspects.

Romano said success stories from all three webpages, will be shared with the public.

“We push out the peak of what our success stories people that have been either wanted or put on the unsolved crimes page and on Sunday will once we arrest that person, we’ll put their booking photo next to them committing that crime so we could show the community we’re not just taking their information, we want to show them, thanks for helping us, and this is what happened,” Romano said.

JSO officers are hoping the creation of these pages also helps to deter repeat offenders from committing the crimes, and perhaps will make them think twice, before breaking the law.

Visitors can submit tips under each case on the web pages. Anonymous tips can also be submitted for cash rewards at 866-845-TIPS.
