ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives with the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office have arrested a known sex offender in connection with a child pornography investigation.
Deputies said Justin Frazier, 41, of St. Augustine, was using an unregistered email address, which violates Florida law.

Frazier was also charged with failing to register his correct address for residency as required by the same statute.
Frazier was previously convicted of the qualifying sexual offense, deeming him a sex offender based on charges out of Duval County.
Deputies said the child pornography investigation is still active, and Frazier may face additional criminal charges.
