In June 2013, Ealey allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with the teen boy. State attorneys said the teen then reported the abuse to authorities.

Detectives with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office were able to link Ealey to the abuse based on Ealey's DNA, state attorneys said.

Ealey has five prior felony convictions for burglary and robbery. State attorneys said Ealey now faces up to 30 years in prison. He will be sentenced the week of April 27.
