PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – A Putnam County man accused of exposing himself to women is now behind bars. The Putnam County Sheriff's Office said it arrested 26-year-old Deveon Brown for violation of probation after he exposed himself to multiple females over a period of several days.
Brown was previously arrested for similar incidents in 2007, 2010 and 2011.

Police said the exposure incidents occurred in the area of Brown's home, on St. Johns Avenue in Putnam County.
The first occurred on July 28, when a victim reported that she was in her yard and noticed Brown standing in a neighboring yard. The victim told police that Brown made a noise to get her attention and then pulled down his pants when she looked in his direction.
The second reported incident occurred on Aug. 1, when a victim was walking her dog on the sidewalk in front of Brown's residence. That victim told deputies that Brown was inside the home but standing in front of a large, street-facing window with no clothes on. That victim told police Brown had exposed himself several times in the past.
Deputies canvased the neighborhood to see if there were any other victims or witnesses and learned that Brown has a history in the neighborhood of exposing himself.
Brown was arrested and is currently being held in the Putnam County Jail without bond. Charges connected to the recent exposures have been forwarded to the State Attorney's Office.
