JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – ConAgra Foods is recalling almost 192,000 pounds of P.F. Chang's frozen dinners after small metal shards were found in sugar used in the food's sauce, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service.
The recall expands on the company's July 7 recall of 3,800 pounds.

The metal fragments are said to be between two and nine millimeters in size. The affected products were made between May 31 and June 22.
The recall is considered a Class I recall, a high-risk, serious health hazard.
