JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Sulzbacher Center said it is prepared to provide cold night shelter for the area's homeless as overnight temperatures are forecast to drop below 40 degrees during the next few days.
The center, in addition to housing its 360 homeless residents, will open up temporary sleeping areas in dining rooms and library area. The center said it will provide sleeping pallets and blankets for people in need of shelter.

Breakfast will also be provided by the center. The center said winter weather coats and jackets donated by the community will also be provided.
