JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 35-year-old man who is an employee at Wolfson Children's Hospital was arrested Thursday for unlawful sexual activity with minor.
Seth Michael Branch was booked into the Duval County Jail Thursday morning and was held in lieu of $25,003 bond. Branch was released Friday afternoon.

Branch is charged with unlawful sexual activity on a victim 16 or 17 years old, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
It is not known where the alleged sexual activity took place or how Branch knew the victim.
Wolfson Children's Hospital released a statement Sunday:
"As a leader in children's health care, Wolfson Children's Hospital is absolutely committed to the health and safety of our patients and their families. That is why every one of our staff must undergo a thorough background and reference check before employment. We are taking the allegation very seriously and we are cooperating with law enforcement in the investigation. Mr. Branch is currently on suspension pending the outcome of the investigation."
