JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Mario Butler of the NFL Buffalo Bills and the Mario Butler Foundation hosted their 3rd Annual Mario Butler Celebrity Charity Basketball Game on Friday at Edward Waters College..
The Charity Basketball Game featured over 30 former and current NFL players and other local celebrities.
Butler will also host a football and cheer camp on Saturday at Stanton College Preparatory School. That event will host 350 kids ranging from ages 5-17.
"A lot of times kids in the inner city don't get enough credit," said Butler. "I was one of those kids that went against the grain but was able to come out positive. Now I want to be a positive impact on my community."
All of the proceeds from these events will provide funding for the Mario Butler Foundation, with a portion going towards our Stem Iniative program.
