JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – This weekend we have a dozen local bowlers competing in the Junior Gold Bowling tournament in Indianapolis. This tournament is essentially the national championship for youth bowlers.
The ages in competition range from as young as 10-years-old to as old as 19. A win in Indianapolis would earn them a spot on the junior national team as well as up to $8000 dollars in scholarship money.
