JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Suspended Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon has pleaded guilty to a DUI charge in Carter County, Oklahoma.
Blackmon will be sentenced June 8.

Blackmon was booked by the Carter County Sheriff's Office in December 2015 after he was arrested by an officer with the Ardmore (Oklahoma) Police Department.
According to the arrest report, the officer found Blackmon's car stopped on a street in Ardmore just before 3 a.m. with a brake light out.
The officer could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle, and Blackmon and his passenger both admitted they had been drinking, according to the report. Blackmon failed a field sobriety test and a Breathalyzer test. The report did not indicate what Blackmon's blood alcohol level was on the Breathalyzer.
Blackmon was released, according to the sheriff's office website.
Blackmon was previously arrested for DUI by a Payne County sheriff's deputy in Stillwater, Oklahoma, on June 3, 2012, and was released later that day. He blew 0.24, according to police.
Blackmon also had a 2010 DUI arrest in Texas while playing for Oklahoma State. The Jaguars knew about that arrest when they drafted him in the first round (fifth overall) in 2012.
According to the arrest report, Blackmon told the officer that he'd had "just two drinks."
Blackmon was suspended twice during 2013 for violations of the NFL's substance abuse policy and is currently under indefinite suspension by the NFL.
On April 20, 2013, Blackmon received a four-game suspension by the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse rule.
On Nov. 1 of that year, during the Jaguars' bye week, he was suspended indefinitely without pay for again violating the league's substance abuse policy.
No specifics were released on what substance triggered either of Blackmon's suspensions.
Blackmon had a breakout rookie season with 64 catches for 865 yards and five touchdowns. He played only four games in 2013, finished with 29 receptions for 415 yards and one touchdown.
Blackmon was denied NFL reinstatement in May 2015.
In September, the Toronto Argonauts secured Blackmon’s rights to play in the Canadian Football League, but the Jaguars would not release him. Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell said at the time that he doubted Blackmon would ever play in the NFL again.
