JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to a reported crash with injuries on the Mathews Bridge early Sunday morning.
Police blocked off all eastbound lanes of the Arlington Expressway over the bridge to investigate, and reopened the bridge just after 3 a.m.
