JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Luxury car manufacturer Bentley is closer to opening a dealership in Jacksonville after Brickell Motors closed on property near the intersection of Interstate 95 and J. Turner Butler Boulevard.
The sale of 7.5 acres on Bonneval Road closed Wednesday, listing a purchase price of $2.6 million, according to NIA Hallmark, which represented the seller, Atlantis Holdings LLLP.
The buyer plans to break ground as soon as possible and will handle the sale and service of Bentley vehicles, as well as Maserati and Alfa Romero vehicles.
