JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – If you’re a fan of hot rides, the Riverwalk Rev Fest was the place to be on Sunday.

Hanania Exotics hosted the spectacle event at a parking garage on Riverplace Boulevard that featured classic and luxury cars.

Jack Hanania Jr., with Hanania Exotics, said even though this is the third event, this is hands down the best turnout. The event also is a time to give as participants are encouraged to bring a present to donate to the Foster Closet.

“People from all over Jacksonville have been awesome. From all different pockets of Jacksonville and they’re all sharing a common goal and a common passion. It’s like everyone here is a kid in a candy store. It’s been really good,” Hanania said.

Jacob Thompson has been before, and couldn’t stay away.

“I’ve just been a car enthusiast my whole life. Anything that’s out, that I’m interested in, I try to grab it,” Thompson said.

Thompson was on a 14-month waitlist to get his 2023 C8 Corvette Stingray. His daughter, Madison, already knows what she likes.

“I’ve seen a lot of Lambos since I’ve been here, I like those. I also saw some Ferarris I like,” Madison said.

Andrew Cannestra owns a Lamborghini truck. He said there are only 38 of those in the United States.

“Most of them came with the Countach motor. This one came with the Diablo motor. It’s a very special Lamborghini. This one has been signed by the Valentino Balbona, who is the chief test driver for Lamborghini,” Cannestra said.

For Thompson, this is also a great way for the car community to come together.

“It’s one thing to see a car on the highway, but Hanania has this opportunity for everyone to get together to see all different varieties of cars in one location. That’s what makes this a great event,” he said.
