Add your feedback on this interactive map to help improve Jacksonville parks

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Your feedback can help shape the future landscape of Jacksonville’s parks.

The city of Jacksonville‘s Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services is looking for the community’s input as it introduces the next step in its “Parks Master Plan Update."

An interactive website allows you to drop pins with comments on the exact location of concern.

Click here to access the link. (It’s best to visit the site on a desktop computer.)

  1. Use the interactive map to scroll to an area you would like to comment about. (You can also type in an address or park name.)
  2. Choose from the following comment category on the right-hand side under the “Create Features” section
    1. Accessibility Concern
    2. Connectivity Consideration
    3. Other News Ideas
    4. Improve Existing Park
    5. Resilience Concern
    6. New Park Location Consideration
  3. Select a point on the map to place your pin and a comment box should now appear so you can type your input
  4. Now your comment is pinned
