Outside of his brilliant acting, Jones’ deep, commanding voice was heard everywhere from CNN, “The Lion King” and Darth Vader.
Jones and his distinct voice are also a part of Jacksonville Jaguars history.
Back when the city was trying desperately to bring an NFL team to the River City, Jones narrated a video titled "City of Dreams: Jacksonville’s Bid for an NFL Team.”
In the video, Jones details Jacksonville’s storied football history and excitement at the prospect of getting an NFL franchise, and in the end, it worked.
Thank you, Mr. Jones.
