A visit by the I-TEAM to the troubled Westside housing project Monday found many of the same problems that News4Jax has documented for over a year.Millenia Corp., the company buying the complex from Global Ministries Foundation, says they'll do a complete rehab once the sale is approved by HUD.Resident Mona Lisa Arnold told Lynnsey Gardner that the complex remains in limbo with the pending sale.Arnold showed some of the problems lingering in her apartment.One of the safety concerns raised last year were the crumbling stairs.While there was a flurry of activity after last year's reinspection and visits by city code enforcement and U.S. Sen.
