If you don’t look forward to starting the workweek on Monday mornings, you’re not alone.
In fact, a recent Gallup poll found workers in the U.S. are among the most stressed in the world.
But where you live could play a big role in just how stressed you are.
Researchers with a Washington, D.C. law firm looked at Census Bureau data to find out which states have the best and worst working conditions.
They looked at a variety of factors, including average hourly earnings, working hours, injury rates, unemployment rates, commute times, and remote working to create an overall stress score from 0 to 100.
Louisiana took the top spot with a 73.8 score.
West Virginia came in two points behind in second place.
Mississippi, Kentucky and Nevada rounded out the top 5.
So which states have the least stressed workers?
Minnesota took home the top spot, earning a 32.6 score. The Gopher State edged out Vermont by two points.
Utah took the third spot, followed by New Hampshire and Connecticut.
Georgia came in 16th with a score of 52.
Florida ranked 25th, earning more than 48 points.
