JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A person was killed early Saturday in a three-car crash on Interstate 95 at University Boulevard, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Troy Murphy, 52, of Kingsland, Georgia, was driving behind an unidentified person in a Toyota Camry at about 12:34 a.m. in the right lane. Murphy rear-ended the Camry, forcing the two vehicles to sideswipe Brittany Jennings, 29, who was about to merge onto the interstate, troopers said.

Murphy and the Camry then crashed into a concrete barrier wall, troopers said.
Murphy suffered minor injuries and Jennings was not injured in the crash.
Troopers have not released the identity of the driver of the Camry.
