JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Anthony Oyibo -- the man charged with murdering his infant son and crimes against two other children -- has a new lawyer.
A mainstay in high-profile cases in Jacksonville, attorney Hank Coxe has been named to represent Oyibo (pictured, left), who is charged with murder, kidnapping and aggravated battery.

Judge Peter Dearing Tuesday granted the motion the public defender's office had filed asking to withdraw from the case.
At a hearing Monday, State Attorney Harry Shorstein objected to the motion, saying the public defender's opt out of many major cases, leaving his prosecutors with a lopsided workload.
Oyibo is due back in court June 7 for an arraignment. He remains in the Duval County Jail, held without bond.
Shorstein said Monday the state would likely seek the death penalty against Oyibo.
