Jonathan Hartley, 15, and Keon Sams, 17, have both been charged with the first robbery, as well as the next night's fatal shooting of 57-year-old Sarah Hotham.

Hartley is charged with murder and armed robbery and Sams, who police said provided the weapon but was not there when the shooting occurred, is charged with second-degree murder, armed robbery and carrying a concealed weapon.

Hotham was delivering pizza at an apartment complex on Comanche Street when she was shot Friday night.

State Attorney Angela Corey said that both Hartley and Sams were charged as adults and appeared before a judge Wednesday morning.

"Let me assure our citizens that the juveniles arrested for the death of pizza delivery woman Sarah Hotham will be fully prosecuted in adult court," Corey said in a statement released late Tuesday. "It has been, and will remain, my consistent policy to treat juveniles who commit violent acts as adults under Florida law."

Family, friends and co-workers of Hotham will gather Thursday for a memorial service.

It will be held at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Jacksonville Memory Gardens on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park.
