BRADFORD COUNTY, Fla. – Nearly seven years after a woman was reported missing and just more than a month after her remains were found and identified, the woman's brother has been charged in her killing.
On March 8, Bradford County detectives found the remains of Pamela Hall, who was 25 when she was last seen in July 2003, in a pile of brush at a local cemetery.

Working on leads from a 7-year-old cold case, detectives searched Mt. Sinai Cemetery in Graham, where they said they found a human skull.
Three days later, investigators identified the remains as those of Hall, who wasn't reported missing until November 2003.
At the time of her disappearance, investigators said, Hall was wanted on several worthless check warrants and known to abuse drugs.
Investigators said that for the last several years, rumors had surfaced about Hall being a victim of a homicide, but there was no evidence to prove the rumors true.
Last year, new leads were developed during a drug investigation by the Bradford, Union, Starke task force to eradicate drugs unit, ultimately leading to the discovery of Halls remains and the second-degree murder charges against her brother, Tracy Hall.
Detectives said Tracy Hall, 28, shot his sister numerous times in the head because she had stolen money from him.
He has been held at the Bradford County Jail since March 9 on a $500,000 bond on drug trafficking charges. His bond on the murder charge was set at $750,000.
