JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – One year ago, Marilyn Fears learned that her daughter was killed. But now, she still doesn't know who killed her daughter, Natasha, and why.
"It's unfair," said Marilyn Fears. "We don't know why, in the morning he gunned her down like a dog."

Natasha Fears, 28, was found shot in the 600 block of West 16th Street early Sept. 21, 2010. Neighbors said they heard a woman screaming, and when they looked outside, they saw a white car take off and Natasha's body on the ground. She died at a hospital.
Natasha's son, Lennon, is now growing up without his mother. Marilyn Fears is begging for people to come forward with information about her daughter's killing.
"Whoever knows anything, call, because someone else will be next," she said.
Fears is planning a memorial for her daughter on Sunday, and she said she's trying to help others. Fears is inviting other grieving parents to join her during the memorial.
Beverly McCain, of Families of Slain Children, also wants Natasha's killer to be caught.
"We're beyond snitching. People need to come forward because they could be next," McCain said. "Just by knowing something, the killer might kill you, so you need to tell."
Natasha Fears' memorial is being held at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the Bob Hayes Sports Complex on Soutel Drive.
Anyone with any information about the killing is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
