JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police are looking for a man who burglarized a Chinese restaurant on the Westside last month.
Police were called to Ying's Chinese Takee Outee in the 6600 block of 103rd Street just after 5 a.m. Nov. 20.

Investigators said the burglar was seen on surveillance video shattering a drive-through window and trying to take a cash register.
