JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Six firefighters have been identified as those being reprimanded for their behavior during a fundraiser earlier this month in which they were found to have violated policy.
They are Lt. Candice Buckner, Lt. Yasuko Kabisch and Engineer Kevin Hodges, all eight-year veterans, Engineer William Spicer, a two-year veteran, Firefighter Joseph Gresser, a six-year veteran, and Firefighter Charles Best, a three-year veteran.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said Tuesday it will issue written reprimands to those firefighters now than an internal investigation is complete.

Racy photos of the firefighters were taken at Whiskey River at the St. Johns Town Center during a fundraising event for the family of Jason Bishop, a firefighter who died in a tree-cutting accident.
The website 904HappyHour.com posted the pictures of men and women in their bunker gear acting provocatively.
The Fire Department opened an investigation last week to determine if any policies were violated. JFRD spokesman Tom Francis said the policy violations likely stem from the men and women wearing their bunker gear to an event without the Fire Chief's permission.
Fire union President Randy Wyse said his men and women can appeal their punishment. The firefighters who receive written reprimands have 10 days to appeal.
