MAYPORT, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has identify the body that was found Thursday night in the St. Johns River near Mayport as that of a 53-year-old man who fell off a dock last Saturday.

Police told Channel 4 Thursday that a boater found Bryan Roberts' body and called police.

"This afternoon a boater in the river observed what he thought was a body in the river," said Sgt. Craig Waldrup. "(He) went to (the) Coast Guard station, they notified us, and (we) went and recovered the body in the river."

Investigators said no fould play is suspected in Roberts' death. They said Roberts fell into the water across the river last weekend by Sister's Creek.
