JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 27-year-old man faces 30 years in prison after he was convicted Wednesday afternoon of two counts of sexual battery, state attorneys said.
Roshad Foster showed up at the home of the victim, who was an acquaintance, uninvited in March 2011.

At first the woman spoke to Foster through a closed window. State attorneys said Foster left the home, but returned minutes later to speak with the woman again.
This time the woman cracked open the front door and Foster forced his way inside. Foster then sexually assaulted her, state attorneys said.
The woman struggled to fight back and repeatedly asked Foster to stop. She was eventually able to break away and run to a neighbor's home, authorities said.
Foster will be sentenced Dec. 4.
