NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. – Troopers are working to find out the cause of a deadly crash, after a man struck a tree early Thursday morning in Nassau County.
Around 5:15 a.m. trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol were called to County Road 121 near Horseshoe Circle, in Bryceville, in reference to a crash.

When they arrived, they found one vehicle had overturned and crashed into a tree, killing the driver, who was later identified as 55-year-old Arnet Gordon Brantley III.
County Road 121 near Horseshoe Circle was closed for a couple hours during the investigation.
Investigators said only one car was involved.
