ORANGE PARK, Fla. – One person is in custody after a meth lab bust Sunday evening in Orange Park.
The bust happened at the Suburban Extended Stay on Wells Road.

Investigators said police got a phone call about a strange smell coming from inside one of the rooms.
The Clay County HAZMAT and narcotics team were sent to the scene to help. Part of the hotel was evacuated as a safety precaution.
The name of the suspect arrested has not been released, nor have any charges they may be facing.
