JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville man has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for his involvement in the 2014 murder of 36-year-old Keith Sterling.
Lawrence Albert Williams, Jr., 39, was convicted in May of accessory after the fact in Sterling's December 2014 death.

Police officers found Sterling dead on the porch of his home on South Lane Avenue.
During the investigation, officers learned Williams often drove the shooting suspect's vehicle. Williams was questioned on several occasions, where he provided false information to protect the identity of the shooter.
The murder investigation is ongoing.
