MAD DADS canvas for two teens killed near Popeye's on Lem Turner

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – MAD DADS held a walk in a Northside neighborhood where two teens were killed in the first week of April.

Homicide detectives with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said Christopher Mikell and Malcolm Belt, 18, were found dead dead by a driver who flagged down police near a Popeye's restaurant.

"It's important. Two individuals were murdered. JSO don't know how it happened. We're asking the community to break the code of silence. We know someone saw what happened at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and to tell them what happened," said Donald Foy, president of MAD DADS.
