TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – State Rep. Reggie Fullwood, a Jacksonville Democrat who is fighting federal charges that he illegally diverted campaign money to personal use, listed a net worth of $318,910 in a newly filed financial-disclosure form.
Lawmakers are required to file such forms by a July 1 deadline, and Fullwood also filed a copy as part of qualifying last month to seek re-election in Duval County's House District 13, according to state databases.

A federal indictment, unsealed in April, alleged that Fullwood had used campaign funds for a wide range of personal expenses. He faces wire-fraud and tax-related charges.
The financial disclosure, filed June 22, lists Fullwood's assets and liabilities as of the end of 2015.
Among other things, it listed a $350,000 home in Jacksonville and income last year of $89,537.
The form also indicated that Fullwood owed $184,400 on a mortgage.
Fullwood is one of six candidates running this year for the House District 13 seat.
U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales Howard on Friday issued an order postponing a trial in the criminal case from August to October, pointing to "defense counsel's need for additional time to prepare for trial."
That ensures the trial will happen after the Aug. 30 primary election, when Fullwood faces challenges from three Democrats.
