GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Police arrested a man Wednesday morning after a University of Florida student observed him acting suspicious in the Norman Hall parking garage.
The witness told UF police that the man was in a stairwell exposing himself and masturbating while staring at her and her friend.

UF Police Department officers responded to the garage and arrested Alexander P. Jones, 31.
Jones is charged with exposure of sexual organs and disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Alachua County Jail.
