GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. – A 75-acre brush fire that broke out Saturday along Leno Road in Green Cove Springs is 100 percent contained, the Clay County Fire Department said.
Fire personnel said one structure was endangered by the fire.

Clay County Emergency Management said people living along Leno Road were asked to leave the area.
Officials closed down US Highway 17 from Little Pond Road to Hale Road while crews battled the fire. Northbound traffic was reopened around 5 p.m, while southbound traffic at Little Pond Road was rerouted.
Florida Forestry officials said six engines, two tankers, four bulldozers and a helicopter to drop water were all called to battle the fire.
By 4:35 p.m., officials said they released the helicopter and that bulldozers were widening lines.
