JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was killed and a woman injured Sunday night in a shooting on Newbolt Court on Jacksonville's Westside, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Officers were called to the scene around 8:30 p.m. and found the man dead. The woman was found down the road. Detectives did not say how severe her injuries were.

The man has been identified as Hakeem Rashad Busch, 35, of Jacksonville. His family has set up a GoFundMe account.
One neighbor tells News4Jax that nothing like this has ever happened in the two years she has lived on Newbolt Court.
"Since I’ve been living here, I’ve never really heard of anything serious like this - this is the first time for me. I just feel like it happened on the wrong day and I can’t get home so it’s just frustrating," said Dawn Maine.
According to JSO'S crime mapping program, in the past six months, within a half-mile radius, there has been:
- 14 assaults
- 8 vehicle break in/thefts
- 3 burglaries
- 1 robbery
