Jacksonville customers report widespread Comcast outages

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Comcast & Xfinity customers in the Jacksonville area were experiencing widespread outages Wednesday night.

In a tweet, the cable television and internet provided acknowledged the service problems. The company said it was working on a fix but provided no time table.

"We're aware of issue affecting internet/tv/phone for those who hadn't lost service from storm or had it restored. Teams working to fix ASAP," the tweet said.
