BRUNSWICK, Ga. – One person was hospitalized in critical condition after an assault at a hotel in Brunswick, the Glynn County Police Department said Monday.
Police said the assault happened at the Guest Cottage and Suites on Venture Drive off Perry Lane Road. It's unclear exactly when it happened.

A male, who appeared to be the victim of an assault, was found unresponsive, police said. He was airlifted to UF Health Jacksonville in critical condition. His age was not released.
The Police Department continues to investigate.
