JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville police are searching for a woman suspected of stabbing and killing a man on Jacksonville's Westside.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the incident took place on Kingston Street, just off West Beaver Street just before 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

Investigators said two of the man's friends tried to take him to the hospital but crashed at 8th and Davis streets before making it there. The man later died at the hospital.
Police interviewed the two men who were with the man when the stabbing took place. They told police the suspect was a woman who left the area in a dark-colored car.
