ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The St. Johns County Fire Rescue along with the Coast Guard responded to a shrimping boat one mile off the coast of St. Augustine on Saturday morning for a medical emergency.
SJCFR posted a photo of the rescue on its Facebook page. It says paramedics used lifesaving skills and a Coast Guard helicopter airlifted a person to a hospital.
