BRUNSWICK, Ga. – Frightened neighbors are asking for anyone with information in a Brunswick triple murder to come forward and help police solve the case.
Brunswick police said tips have given them several helpful leads, but they need more information to solve the murders of Carson Holliman, 64, Vondell Holliman, 63, and their grandson, 24-year-old Christopher Holliman.
The three were found dead June 18 in their Wolfe Street home, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is offering a $15,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
Police found the couple and their grandson shot to death in the home after they did not show up for church and their friends became worried.
Neighbors said they don't know why the three were killed and as the days go by without an arrest, their concern grows.
“If anybody knows anything about this, they need to step up to the plate, give up some information so we can catch these people,” Richard Brown said. “You never know, it might happen again.”
Neighbors said they are frustrated because they say they have heard various stories about what happened, and they don't know what's true. Many believe it was a case of mistaken identity, but police are not confirming that.
“A lot of people are saying different stories,” Brown said. “So you don't know what to believe.”
Anyone with information about their deaths or with information about the crime is asked to call Silent Witness at 912-267-5516.
