The investigation is ongoing, GBI said.

According to a report from The Brunswick News, the potential threats were made in the form of text messages sent while Jones was at work at the courthouse, which is at 701 H St. in Brunswick.

According to the Brunswick News, Jump's department conducted an internal investigation into the allegations and decided they needed further examination, prompting Jump to contact the GBI.
