JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded around 7 a.m. Saturday to a house fire on Shortreed Street in the Lackawanna neighborhood.
Crews reported seeing heavy flames inside the home. The officers on scene declared the house clear after a search. Within minutes, JFRD announced that the blaze was under control.
