A man who was the victim of a shooting died Sunday after crashing his car on I-95 just before Dunn Avenue, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the crash after 5 p.m.
Two lanes were initially blocked off after the car was in the median up against guard rails.
