The crash caused some confusion early Wednesday morning, with initial reports around 6 a.m. of as many as eight vehicles involved and five injured patients. But Jacksonville Fire Rescue later corrected that information to say only two cars were involved and only two people were transported to hospitals. Both had minor injuries.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
